Section G8 is made up of the 5 lodges in Eastern Iowa and North Central Illinois. At the local level, lodges exist to serve Scouting America councils and individual units. Each lodge chief is a member of the section’s Council of Chiefs and is able to attend and vote at annually held meetings like the Fall, Winter, and Onsite Council of Chiefs.
