DESCRIPTION:Red Arrow Rally (RAR) is a section-wide event where we invite all our members to join us in training and fellowship. During our annual RAR\, we have training opportunities available during the morning sessions followed by afternoon activities after lunch. The evening program includes a live auction\, a theme show\, and recognition! Section Officer Elections follow breakfast on Sunday.
