Red Arrow Rally (RAR) is a section-wide event where we invite all of the members from the lodges to join us in fun training and fellowship. During our annual RAR, we will open the weekend by having a show in the Council Fire Ring and meet some of our Special Guests! On Saturday, we have a jam packed day with training opportunities, open activities showcasing what Ingersoll Scout Reservation has to offer, and visiting with our hosts from Wenasa Quenhotan Lodge!
